Been a long time since I have looked forward to seeing the selected teams.Tomorrow sees stan wright's first for the season and arbons first league game.Barney wasn't happy with certain aspects of last weeks game and expressesed his willinness to play as many players as needed to improve our performance..Hopefully it will knock any apathy from players who think they may be a walk up start.

I was quite positive heading into this match until i noticed one disturbing statistic which confirms what i thought at the beginning of the season about our forward line which was always going to be our achilles heal.In 3 matches we have failed to produce one multiple goalkicker no player has kicked more than a single goal in three matches but having said i still reckon our mids and backline are more than capable and the Demons won't get everything their own way tomorrow

We have not had a decent key forward since Josh smith retired and haven't been able to develop one.Our best chance in winning games will be to defend well and keep scoring low.We definitely won't win games in a shootout.We did well to keep Claremont to 11 goals but we will have to find avenues to kick more goals.

Thats a very lop sided market, would be worth a tenner on EP at that price. Certainly the Demons would be favourites but as a Swans supporter having seen both teams this year, I think if East Perth are playing at their best they are capable of causing a boilover.

Asher Samelko played his first game back in the ressies today, I think he could hold down the role, Liam Martin could grow into it but bit inexperienced yet!.
