That narrows it down to any one of a dozen players over the last couple of years!!

Not sure what all the hype is about the kid has not played a league or reserves game from all reports he is his biggest fan. Any young guy with decent potential is blooded in there last colt year in the higher grade was running around pumping his own tyres up before the draft last year got ahead of himself.

Not as recent as that, but I'm hesitant to give information on this site as whatever you say someone will say your full of it. I believe Tyler was a bit of an outcast in the 18's program not overly popular with his team mates. I'm sure with more maturity and humility he will turn into a fine player for West Perth.

I may be wrong, but that answer doesn't actually tell us who.

It's common knowledge one time only amongst those that follow the WAFL closely.

The questions must be;
Q1. Why did we not give him a league game after his return from the State 18's?
a. Because we did not have room for him due to Eagles players.
b. Because we didn't rate him.
c. We simply assumed he would stay on.

Q2. Why was he not signed up before his 19th birthday?
a. Because (as many say) EPFC Management is so blind sided by the benefits of the alignment they had the "we will deal with it later" attitude.
b. We didn't rate him.

In my opinion, Mark Winnett must take the entire blame for the club being in this position now. Why? Because Tyler was not signed up. Not sure about everyone else, but when I turned 19, I am certain 12 months before that, I turned 18??? This 12 months should have been used to retain the player either contractually or at least informally.

If I was a WAFL Football Manager (a competent one that is), I would have 1. Ensured that he was rewarded with at least 1 League game upon his return from the State 18's. 2. Would have ensured that he was made very welcome at the club and 3. Most of all, at least 6 months ago I would have had the professional insight TO SIGN THE BLOODY KID UP!!!!!!

Winnett has dropped the ball here. Not the first time for him and doubt it will be the last. Then he has the gall to ring Tyler up and abuse him!!!!!

In my opinion and without prejudice, Mark Winnett has been personally responsible for a very large number of people leaving this club because of the way he treats them, disrespects them and the utter lack of tact he has. He should go.

Very personal attack Taylor are you a disgruntled ex player or parent. I have found Mark to very honest and lovely to deal with seems to have a great relationship with the players.

Taylor. I think you should go and discuss this with Mark Winnett personally. I have been around football a long time and I have found Mark to be extremely competent at what he does. I rate him far better that someone who gets on a forum and hammers someone when I suspect that you do not know the full story. Who do you say has left the club because of Mark? You are not that disgruntled photographer are you? If you are that explains a few things.
Mark Winnett is a quality person just ask anyone who knows him well.
