Don't confuse ridiculous with idiotic, which is an area you have a mortgage on,are you really trying to compare the quality of the WP forward line to ours,do you honestly believe were a better side with Eddie Simpson at full forward than Sebit Kuek?????and at the end of the day that was the difference in the match, although as most people with a modicum of basic football knowledge would know, losing 2 players in the second half, particulary your best player, does not help your cause.

Also on Eddie Simpson, who is a likeable bloke, but unfortunately for his size and strength, lacks aggression, was forced to  play amateurs the week we played  W.Coast, and he didn't even dominate there where he only kicked 3 in the B grade,so you have to be living in cloud cuckoo land if you think he's the answer at full forward. The only reason he got promoted was because of the baffling mid season drafting decision of the Dorkers, and Eddie was playing reserves football with the Tigers when we recruited him.Eddie has been given every opportunity, and although he has played the spasmodic good game to tease you about his ability,i don't think he has the self belief.which is a pity because he can play on his day.

We would have a very uncompetitive side if some of the netball experts on here picked the side Lucky.

Potent home grown full forwards don't fall out of trees in our zones Royal,i think you need to go back to around 1990 where Glen Bartlett was kicking a few goals and before him John SCOTT in the early eighties. You then had to go back to Archie Duda and Paul Arnold in the seventies so the cupboard in the last 50 years, since Phil Tierney has been pretty bare.

Having Kuek stolen out from under you is a disgrace. He fronted up last week for Peelmantle and looked like he was going to tear the game apart and taking what could be mark of the year, unfortunately rolled an ankle from all reports and didn't play after halftime. He should have been left with EP for the remainder of the season and gone in the normal draft, not mid season with no chance to get a half decent replacement.

Yes SS,as iv'e highlighted quality forwards in our zones are historically rarer  than hens teeth, and Sebit has for 3 seasons been a work in progress, which is why he only played 2 games in 2021.Some supporters actually thought he wasn't up to it,but i always felt that all he needed was a bit of continuity as well as a breakout game, and he had finally taken the next step when the Dorkers in their infinite wisdom decide to take him to put him in a squad thats already awash with key forwards. You saw with your own eyes on the w.end  the dominance of Josh Treacy, and even he's struggling to get a look in,so the selection of Sebit is puzzling to say the least, and very very frustrating for long suffering fans and officials.who are trying to strive for some sought of success.
