The first is that yes there were a few players from elsewhere who played and contributed but the bulk of the team are players who have come through for 14/15's, have stuck by the club when they were displaced by the farcical alignment, who understand what it is to be an East Perth Footballer and played as an East Perth team should!

The second is that the club took a small gamble on Aaron Ballantyne as the coach and he showed that the gamble was well thought out and deserves the season and win as a line in his resume.

The last is that the club has created the basis of a successful move forward. Can not wait for the new season.

To go through a season undefeated albeit a micro one in 2020 is always a great achievement.

Great effort by East Perth to be undefeated. Developing a great culture at the club. East Perth zone is very weak so great to see them do well in the reserves to give the club confidence of progress.

Although the GF was as an important building block in the club renaissance,i was keen to see the league potential of a few players and i think Cooley, Sparks,Rowe ,Fullgrabe have got what it takes and Sebit Kuek who debuted this year is one break out game away from being a very dangerous WAFL forward,and you could also see the growing confidence of Eaton and Ameduri who became league regulars and the one thing you can't measure in a points cap is unity and culture which i saw plenty of in the rooms and back at the club and all the angst and fragmentation is a thing of the past.

Think the ruckman did well, and also the boys in the backline. Was a great team effort, be interesting to see wether a few of the reserve boys who aren’t in the purple circle to get a look in on the league side or they go looking else where or other teams come knocking??
