That's a difficult one royallucky. It would be similar to saying Subi should now called Leederville or West Perth and Perth to be called Lathlain or Vic Park. Even East Perth being called Leederville or West Perth. Is there a certain distance a club has to move?

No comparison Time for a Flag,weve moved 5 minutes down the road and retained our junior zones for over 60 years,they willingly moved out of their home and abandoned their junior zones 25 years ago and moved into another hemisphere,and choose to retain the name West PERTH which is actually now our current junior zone.

Just further on the club name point,if the falcons re located to say Osborne Park 25 years ago i wouldn't have a problem with name WP because their new base would've been with in their traditional zone.

more out of necessity being bankrupt.joondalup are forturnate that they have both a good reserves and colts team after years of complaining of how it was hard to get youngsters to play afl in that neck of the wood.subi complained about how bad their zones were and won all three grades a couple of seasons ago and now is a good time for them to develop them.recruiting has to happen as no matter how good your colts are the challenge is that if they don't get drafted to afl too many drop out of wafl footy.nearly every team has recruited this year to cover gaps in their lists.

Fair enough and good comparison

One of the most pathetic spineless performances i've witnessed by players representing the black and blue jumper and what was more galling for me was seeing them getting out muscled by a hungrier derby rival in such an important match,and not taking anything from our opponents who were too good,they can't play a WAFL grand final at that ground where theres always a flukey swirling breeze which causes alot of balls to go out bounds and you generally see a scrappy unattractive brand of football.

Good call RL We dominated from go to woe, those 2 goals you were gifted late in the 3rd was the only thing that kept you in the game. This fits the saying "A champion team will always beat a team of champions". Thanks for taking Lynch and Robertson off our hands too

I have never heard of a ground with one of the best facilities not being considered because it has a swirly breeze !!! It was certainly an entertaining game to watch for me. On a more serious note, you blokes are too top heavy and your defensive efforts in attack is almost non existent, Dobson needs to do more when he hasn't got the footy, whinging to his team mates will wear thin. Your big blokes are almost rendered useless if the ball hits the ground.
