They went ok and had a solid 2 goal win against the bogans. Martin kicked a couple whilst Fimmano and Rowan Powell both played and got through ok. The ressies sit a game clear plus percentage in second place over the debt dodgers so with a bit of luck will finish that way. Of our injuries there's only Haydn Kennedy and Benny Newton missing at this stage although Hoskins went off before qtr time today...so not sure what the go is there.

Gotta love Subi. Back to back 10 goal wins and players, coach and supporters are bemoaning how bad they were. I wish Perth could play that badly.

To highlight how much better they are than the rest Ted, last week I noticed some Subi supporters saying they were missing half their best side so I thought, well we should go alright in the colts and ressies since they’ve had to push everyone up. Nope, got thrashed in all 3 grades.

True, DD. In a similar vein, commentators were praising Perth and SD fans seems quite happy with their performance. That's where it's at: 10 goal win is just not enough for Subi while opposition clubs regard a 10 goal loss as getting off lightly. Good comp we've got here.

I guess it all comes down to culture at the club. I wasn't the only one a bit disappointed with our performance as the coach gave them a nice old spray as well. When you look at it we were 60 points up at half time after a 7 goal second quarter and that was also the final margin meaning we didn't keep our foot on the pedal after half time. No disrespect to Swans but a better side would have hit back hard and the result could have been very different.

Does Horsley play and umpire most weeks or was yesterday a once off ?

Oh, so Beau gave the players a spray? You know that's all for show, don't you? As if Subi were going to risk injuries just to humiliate SD when they had the game well and truly in the bag at half time. Beau was just hamming it up for the Subi faithful around the huddle.
