so how would you classify a kid from say Geraldton which is East Freo....comes down and boards at Hale from year 10, plays PSA but also for Claremont colts, ressies and league after he leaves school? I would say he's a Claremont product as it's irrelevant how he gets there...the fact is he's played for the Tiges pretty much all his formative years. Based on your argument the same kid would be an East Freo product which is rubbish having never had anything to do with the Sharks..

So why have zones then BC?
Of course the fella would be an EF product he is from their zone that is how zones work!
What would you prefer to just make it a free for all that suits your cashed up mob and sends the comp into further oblivion?!

if his residential address is in Gero at 16 then he is a Shark and wouldn't be at Claremont without a clearance.

It'll be interesting to see what the Dockers do with Deluca. I thought I read somewhere that an AFL club can't delist a player then get him back as a rookie more than twice...could be wrong but thought I saw it somewhere. I'd also think he'd attract a bit of attention from other AFL clubs as I reckon he showed a bit for Freo when he got his opportunity. In saying that, I'd love to get him back in maroon and gold. Hard at it and with a bit of mongrel would be good as defensive forward or inside attacking mid.

Yep. should be a recruiting priority and getting his bro back as well.

What ever happened to Trent Dennis laine, still should be in his 20s a a great replacement for the impending drafting of L Ryan

Yep, 29. Happy over east I take it.

Captained Sandringham in VFL last year but left because he was opposed to alignment with St Kilda. Played on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria this year.

Simon White delisted by Carlton. No doubt club will monitor situation given he's a former Subi player.

Simon would be a great get for the club, big experienced defender and a local product ..... better check that with the Swans boys though!!

He might get picked up by a Brissy, GC or similar but would be a great addition to Subi along with Deluca.
