Good to see Dela back

Yes need to get some game time into Dela before the finals. On paper it's one of the strongest teams for some time, just missing Mahoney, Waters, Stevo, Bestry and that's about it?

Chance for Madut to restake a claim for the ruck spot but he needs to play consistently, he can go missing for periods but he is a fine athlete and his tapwork is improving all the time although his marking and kicking are not as good as Bestry.

Surprised to see Elliot even listed, I thought his game last week was poor and undisciplined, gave away a couple of critical goals in a really tight game, plenty of others ahead of him in my opinion.

At least our players wont be in fear of having their heads taken off or king hit by that thug Billings like he did last time we played them. looks like a great day to watch footy, fine and 24, Lathlain always a good ground to watch the footy at.

yep...i'll be there. i don't mind Lathlain. I normally sit in the undercover stand adjacent to the away team change rooms and it gives a pretty good view and generally surrounded by the maroon and gold faithful. Hopefully Mahoney isn't too far away but I don't like Rhys Waters chance of playing finals in the one's.

Actually need to step it up a notch. Don't know what went wrong last week, week before v south's was a slow start and even Perth got a bit of a jump the week before that. Time to put in a full effort for the next three before the break.

that's a cracking forward line. you'd think robbo would start on the bench as part of the midfield rotations and woody across half forward. let's hope they get some quality time on field all together to add some polish to the front half structures heading into the finals. if all else fails you could throw clanger into the forward line as well. schowey certainly has some goal kicking options at his disposal when you also consider the fact menegola, fez and hancock all tend to hit the score board.

BC what we want is around 10 players hitting the scoreboard with 1,2 or 3 each, better than Boland kicking 7 or Yazz getting 5 or 6 but saying that, Yazz is due for a bag and would do his confidence the world of good. I thought he was really digging in last week but the conditions didn't suit his style, this game in fine 25 deg conditions could be something else.

Sure have and they have been valiant all year. What they may lack in skills they sure make up for it with endeavour. I wouldn't get too cocky "seagull" lest it comes back to bite you.
Huge challenge for our guys against the best team in the competition but our boys will give their best. If that is not good enough then so be it.
