Yeah there goes my anonymity, but should be a bit of fun, looking forward to hearing Schoey's pre-game address and I'll absolutely nail the coin toss as I'm and expert and experienced tosser.

Forecast has changed again with a few showers now predicted. Freo have included Clarke, Mzungu, Taberner and Duffield, as they play sunday, would expect all to be held out for that game. Hannath has been dropped back to the Crabs.

Perhaps that swings it in our favour but will need to bring our A game after last week and lets hope the boys are over the goal kicking yips.

Does anyone have a report on this game, was trying to play golf and missed it on TV?

Good effort by the boys against FART. I thought it was won in the midfield with Fez, Menegola, Robinson, Kitch, Horse, Mahoney and co being too strong for the chunder. Deluca's forward pressure was also excellent and instrumental in turning the ball over in our front half. Best game from Woody for a while although Yaz continues to struggle. I also see the maggots up to their usual form with 15 frees to 25 for the chunder. Bad luck for Delahunty with a hammy...hopefully only a couple of weeks bit who knows with hammys? Does anyone know how far Rhys Waters, Rumba and Twomey are away from returning?

Really solid team effort by the boys against a team loaded with AFL listed players. Freo had 6 more kicks, 4 more handballs 13 more marks, 46 more hitouts but Subi had 19 more tackles, so pretty even stats apart from tackles & hitouts. the one glaring difference was .... once again ... the freekicks with Freo getting 26 and Subi getting 15 and that's with us winning by 55 points and getting a few even ups in the last qtr??????????????

Griffin, Moller & Hannath dominated the hitouts but Subi dominated the clearences as we were far harder at the ball than Freo. The mids rotated on Mzungu and kept him to a very low 17 disposals and Jones to just 18, these 2 have been their main midfield weapons. Phelan, kitchen, Robbo, Menagola & Horse dominated the midfield and gave our forwards good service. Woody's best effort of the year with 3 goals and took some good grabs, Boland only hit the scoreboard once but had a hand in several goals so a good effort by him. good spread of goal kickers with 10 contributors and a much more accurate effort.

The game started in light drizzle but our ball handling was very good, mostly first grab stuff and quick precise ball movement had Freo on the backfoot from the start. They appeared a little top heavy at times although Griffin bagged 2 when down forward, he is a monster and without Rumba we didn't have a strong enough body to stop him but Griffin does little else around the ground apart from taps whereas our talls in Madut, Dela and Clanger provided good run and drive all over the ground. Second qtr we got 2 early goals and looked like drawing away but Freo came back late with 2 so just 4 goals in it at halftime. 3rd qtr was same as the 1st with 5 goals to 1 so pretty much all over at 3/4 time, the last qtr was a slog with 3 goals to 2 but the boys ran the game out well against a mob of fulltimers who in the end showed little disinterest in the contest.

Best for us were Phelan, Kitchen, Robbo, Menagola, Wheeler, Wood, Lockyer and DeLuca with his terrific forward line pressure and tackling.

Next week it's the other AFL mob who I believe will be a much tougher prospect and a great test of how we are going as we go into the last 3rd of the season. East eagles are the only team we haven't beaten.

BC not sure on Waters but he's out of the leg brace which is a positive, Rumba could come back next week but may be held out again so he gets the extra week with the bye after the Ferals game. Dela was a hammy strain but even minor hammy's are usually 2 weeks, so we will likely be without both Rumba and Dela next week as it's more important to have them fully recovered for the run to finals. Young Dec Jackson had a solid game as Rumba's replacement so we should keep faith with him and we have been dominated by opposition rucks in most games so expect that to happen again next week against the Johnson and the eagles big blokes but if our mids are on song we should still give ourselves a good chance of winning. Woody's good form means they will need an extra tall down back to cover him, Boland and Yazz and maybe Clanger if he goes forward. our backs are in super form and once again kept the opposition below 50 points so scoring will be tough for WART even if they get a share of the mids. Lets hope it buckets down next Saturday, that will scare the living suitcase out of WART with flashbacks to last years GF :-)

I thought Subis tackling made the chunder look a little timid and hesitant at times. Pretty impressive when you are up against 15 afl players.

Worthington and Blech look like they had good games in the ressies
