with a double bye coming up it's probably timely to do an assessment of where we are at. for mine, i think we've done outstandingly well to sit 2 games clear on top notwithstanding we've had a string of top line players missing at any given time. the good thing is a number of younger blokes have stepped up to the plate in the absence of horse, dela, boland, stockley and stevo. the only blemish being the game against WART and don't know what happened there. i think we're well positioned for the second half of the season once we get some game time into horse, boland and menegola. a forward line of yaz, dela, boland, halligan, deluca, waters and clanger would worry any defence imo. stevo will be missed but down back is still looking pretty strong with rumba, lockyer, lefanny, twomey, latham, wortho and maybe bill feathers in the mix. we might be short of one more tall down back but i guess it's how we match up on the opposition that counts. the mids are going well too with kitch, marns, hancock, robbo and fez really giving us some grunt with menegola still to come in...so all in all, pretty happy position to be in at the minute.

Hildebrandt, Spaanderman, Twomey,Geappen, Roach, Riggio & Krakouer......every club can point the finger.....and yes especially EF....too many for me to name!......Subi can just go out and do it without busting the bank...the rest of us can't.....isnt that why SD had no other option but looking within in 2014 due to money problems?.....anyway every dark cloud has a silver lining

Exactly ... People like Leigh Kitchen who came over with Lourey at WP...
Kitchen went to $UBI because WP couldnt afford him.
Same applies to others... Many WAFL clubs are struggling and Salary Cap or NO salary cap they just cant afford the 10 pointers etc.

Good recruiting bullshit It because the players will go to the club offering the most money...

$ubiaco have no problems as money is going into their account every time there is a AFL game or GF at Subiaco oval they shovel the money out... Poor club who's lease ran out and then WERE COMPHENSATED by the WAFC for that fact by being allowed to have the licence for the $UBI BAR AND FUNCTION rooms at the oval.

BC you are suffering from Delusion and certainly in denial if you deny this the case but I am sure you will... Its called buying a GF Other clubs have tried it and fell in a hole. In the case of EP and Bronte a few years ago a BIG BIG hole. You wont have that problem as you have a lovely Income stream Thanks to YOUR FRIENDS at the WAFC.

I was referring to the 3 stooges in the Subi jumpers, just concentrate on paying your players from 4 seasons ago mate, that list you supplied are courtesy of your mismanagement !!!
