No Lockyer, no Mayo, no Matera x 2, no Walters, no Braut, no Atkinson and up against the best player WA has produced in modern times...no worries!!!   I thought we were poor against East Freo without taking anything away from the Sharks as they were very good but it's in the midfield where we're getting beaten on a weekly basis.  

Throw Fyfe in amongst Blakely, Crowden, young Erasmus who came out on top of the much vaunted Claremont mids last week and I can see us getting touched up unless we lift big time.   Hopefully a good crowd will add some atmosphere but I'm certainly not predicting a win if we keep playing like we have so far this season.

7 Mate covering only because Fyfe is playing, it certainly wont be the game of the week, that would clearly be the Derby. Given the TV coverage I don't expect a crowd much bigger than usual as the Freo punters will stay home and watch rather than go to a lowly WAFL game.

Could well be the shellacking of the week if we turn up with the same attitude as last week against a fully loaded Peelmantle.

Does anyone know if there is a limit on the number of listed players that can suit up for Peelmantle or WCER in any one game?
I recall something like 12 listed players??

I think that's finals SS and reckon they can play as many as they like during the regular season but could be wrong as they seem to change it every year.

It's 13 SS.  Freo's team is just in.  They have Taberner, Walters & Chapman out, so they have to make 3 changes.
 

Well thats some positive news, 3 of there best listed players will go up to Freo.

Hopefully Erasmus and Johnson are two of the 3

Vanirsen and Snadden unsurprisingly dropped given they had 12 possessions between them last week.  Still no sign of Braut or Atkinson in either grade.
