Don't forget Golding is a premiership player BC, he should be back in sooner rather than later imo

Need to look at which of the mids rotation are not preforming, for me that would be Snadden, he has all the tools to be a good mid, size skills, but he's underperforming imho, he continually misses targets, although he wasn't alone in that aspect v SD, but had expected far more from him. Is Golding a better option? Unless Snadden hgits some real form next week I'd bring in Golding if his form continues.

Good efforts by the ressies and in particular the colts who belted the reining colts premiers, to give us a clean sweep. As our senior players come back from injury and covid the 2's and colts will get stronger.

It took Monaghan and Co 3 seasons to work out that Snadden was no good- I doubt it will take Subi that long.

Should be a good game this week against 2 in form teams

Snadden had it 16 times and kicked a goal which for a mid is just ok although Vanirsen only had 8 touches but I think he's safe for another week. Braut and Atkinson should come back through the two's you'd think so reckon it will be unchanged this week which will be the first time for the season.

KC, you know Snadden is going to get 30 odd possessions now and a BOG after you posting that. ....Snadden had his best year in 2019 or 20 from memory......think he just fell behind in the midfield pecking order as Murdock and Baskerville developed, Schoenfeld, English and Leggett were recruited....and regulars in Jansen, Bennett and Eardley were preferred picks by the coach....good to see Eaton getting a crack.... bit of an EF flavor to that Subi list at present...perhaps that's why it's been an inauspicious start for them in 2022.

Hey Freez...good you mentioned Eaton as I've watched him quite a bit this season and reckon he has some real upside. Only 21 and 195cm with a tremendous leap. He's playing as a second ruckman at the moment but think he could slot into a high half forward or wing with a decent pre-season or two under his belt. I hope they persevere with him as I think he could be quite a player.

Think Eaton was one of the many casualties of Monaghan when he took over EF a few years back....pity with his height, weight and athleticism, Monaghan didn't give the young fella more time.....but hey easy to say when not involved in closer quarters I guess. Been a few decent youngsters at EF since Monaghan started the job, with the likes of Eaton, Alone, Scott, Ryan, Zac Jackson and Davidson moving on.....but that's footy....

I thought I'd bring this back up given we only played them a month ago but delete the Kal reference and also a few personnel changes in the side since then.

They will need to play a lot better then they did for three quarters in Kalgoorlie. Still amazed they pulled that victory off. I think Swans switched off mentally or ran out of steam. I imagine the ducks would have learned a bit. Hopefully our lads have a bit of a better run with the health issues this week
