Who can ever forget then Barry Hall was eventually let off to play in a GF when he should of been out by a punch to play in a GF v Eagles where Sydney went on to win it..

They will come up with a whole load of bullshit to say he didnt do it intentionally etc etc

There is no doubt his elbow was raised...

If Hodge was the victim and Wyngard was the offender you could bet there would be outrage. Hawthorn were certainly frustrated as they were being toweled up by Port

Yep hadnt seen the incident this morning but on ABC GRANDSTAND they said 5 weeks which made me sit up... but as I said... the AFL will see it differently.. Will be interesting but dont have much faith in the AFL...

Love Hodgey as a player and leader but if that doesn't deserve a min 2 weeks I'll eat my hat. There is intent, it's high and it's high impact. Nowhere near as vicious as Silvani's and it is in play, also cant be compared to Fangs Masten either.

Thats rubbish Cardy, as Clarkson said watch it in full speed, might 1 perhaps 2 for being a little reckless but thats all. At least he doesnt resort to biting blokes! Also if tables were turned in this so called incident you wouldnt hear a peep from The Hawks because they arent cry babies like the rest and thats why they are the best!

Hawks have a few dirty mongrels. Hodge, Lewis & Lake. All are sometimes FOUL. Rub them out. Hodge deserves 4 weeks but AFL will say Wingard wasn't killed.

Here is my prediction: Hodge NO CASE TO ANSWER and an apology for ever doubting his fairness; Fyfe 2 weeks down to one with an early guilty plea.
