No I didn't I was watching the slaughter of GWS by Freo. I could have watched a replay but in all honesty it would have been a waste of time.

I think what would be best would be for there to be just a moderator for control and that Rudd and Abbott should ask the questions to each other and there to be time limits as to the amount of time for each answer and for each questioner the ability to provide a rebuttal for each answer.

He was brought in out of desperation by Labor as he was regarded as a great campaigner.

From the start of this campaign he has looked flat and lack lustre, to make matter worse last night he was supposed to wipe the floor with Abbott at his much vaunted debating skills..nothing like that happened, in fact after all his hubris, Rudd had to cheat and rely on notes, and still failed to cut through.

The polls are falling back for the ALP, Rudd is losing his mantle as preffered PM, we are over a week in, if nothing changes over the next 10 days with a marked ALP move in the polls , labor are dead ducks.

Rudd's just not looking anything like the campaigner of 2007, clearly his confidence is down and its showing.

chit bazza...if that happens I wonder if Labor will dust off Gillard again? after all, they seem to live and die by the polls...

They are in big trouble

Queensland was supposed to be the saver for them with Rudd, but figures are drifting out for them, worse still Victoria saved them in 2010 and its going backwards after week 1 as well.

NSW and of course WA are shockers for them.

They have a week or so to show some serious impact on the coalition lead..

Rudd needs to get his Mojo back, he looks half hearted at times, alsmost dishevelled and a bit lost. he's a confidence player and its draining away.

I reckon the Beattie move is a blue. It will back fire, people dont want has beens and the bloke is no longer popular in Qld.

Read a quote in some newspaper this morning which summed it up re Rudd/Abbott for me.

"If you like Rudd you wouldnt like to meet him, if you hate Abbott you wouldnt like to meet him"

Bazza I have been quite unambiguous about my thoughts about the Eagles and Dockers with respect to the WAFL competition. As you may be aware there were a few Swans players participating in the Dockers GWS game which pthe primary reason for my interest.

well done Tony Abbott for not preferencing the Greens in any electorate. The last 3 years has shown what a radical left wing party the Greens are, intent on the economic destruction of this country. For Abbott to say he'd rather a Labor majority government than a Labor/Greens minority says it all for me.

Come on Krudd, show some guts and do the same or is buddying up to Milne so you can swan around the world as Australia's PM more important than the future of the country.

Yep best news I have heard in ages,,actually the ones that should do it if they had any sense at all is the ALP, the Greens continue to undermine their left base, have screwed them over royaly when it came to the crunch over the past 3 years, they steal seats off them in inner city seats on a State and Federal basis due to their preferences ..about time to wipe the floor with them.
