Off the topic, but they’d want to make it easier to get into the army if they want to make it bigger.

Yep, inclined to agree, they have some weird rules and the process is long winded now, they never used to have a beep test but brought that in a while back, they also set the medical clearance at a crazy level plenty of good applicants miss out due to minor issues.
