I have just completed the 2021 Census online.  It was far smoother than the previous one. 

Arent you supposed to do it on census night.

It is my understanding that you can do it earlier if you know where you will be on the census night.  I expect the rationale is to prevent the crashes that occurred last time when everyone was trying to do it at the same time.    If one wasn't allowed to do it now the ABS would have prevented access.

Do they still post out the forms, I dont want to do it online.

Bazza there is a 24 hour automated service to request a paper form.  The number is 1800 130 250.

At least it will identify there areas where mental health facilities are required.
