You dopey fool. We finished in order, 6th, 8th, 6th and 9th under McDud. And if Spalding had the talent that bloke had at his disposal we would be sitting on top right now. That bloke was a like a Lotto winner who had no idea how to handle money and he blew it until he was broke again.

Anyway, nice win but is this an "Effort based" win? All clubs can pull these type of wins out at any given time, it comes down to whether they can sustain it week in week out. I'm certainly not going to get carried away. Fremantle have pulled these types of wins out before over the last few years.

When you look back at their record for the year it is quite amazing that they have beaten Collingwood, Brisbane, GWS, Geelong and Port Adelaide yet have lost to Carlton, Melbourne and Gold Coast. These three defeats will probably cost them a place in the finals

I know some people who have followed the Dockers since their inception and for their loyalty they are being served up this rubbish. With their season still alive and fresh from a confidence boosting win over Geelong,they then produce a limp performance against a team with nothing to play for. Unless there are radical changes at the club, membership numbers and crowds will continue to drop off. Too many passengers in this team and a coach well and truly past his use by date.
