I think Peter Bell is great, but since his playing days what experience has he had within clubs other than being a board member?

Don't worry about Bell. because Nisbett became involved with the West Coast Eagles in 1989, when he was appointed Football Manager of the club.

Apart from Bells failed business's and his stint at gossip radio, does the Messiah have any experience at AFL level since his playing days?

Intelligent people can do anything.
He was a practising Lawyer even during his playing Days.
Do I detect that you don't have a lot of faith in the ability of Lawyers.
The problem with some of the WAFL clubs is they appoint former footballers, some sales backgrounds without any real business sense and make them CEO.
and they fail badly.

Keep in mind i think Peter Bell is a great bloke and Im not having a crack at him.

Im just questioning why he is seen as the mesiah to save freo from the mess they are in when he is easily the least experienced football manager in the AFL, post playing career.

Only Gold coast is in a worse position than freo and that can be passed off as geographical.

I guess we have to give credit where it's due as that was a fantastic win by Freo.
