So Griffen Logue at 8, Sean Darcy a mountain of a ruckman at pick 38, Brennan Cox a clever looking key defender at pick 41, Luke Ryan mature age half back from Coburg Lions at pick 66.

Really happy to get logue I think he will play next year. Don't know too much about the others.

A/man I reckon we got exactly what we need. Another big bodied athlete that from all reports could be anything in Logue. Darcy is a man mountain in the Mumford mould could step up early if required so he fills the need for a young ruckman and Cox looks like a nimble tall defender. And always handy to pick up a mature age player who at 20 is still a young man.

A/man it is a pity that the world is not completely and utterly run by you and D Trump. All our problems would be resolved. For those who CARE about the WAFL and its future we do not resile from our opposition to the host club alignment. Prior to the host club alignment I would have been happy for Logue to have been drafted to the Dockers.

Here is a suggestion for you. Go to some WAFL games next year and THEN you will understand the damage that the host club alignment has done to the WAFL.

Will we have any picks in the preseason draft? And how many rookie picks do we have.

Having a look at a list of players that missed out and a couple of names stood out.

Zach Sproule. Was very good as a key defender for Murray Bushrangers. Played up forward in the national championships and according to the article has a flawless set shot routine.

Louis Cunningham. Line-breaking speed and a beautiful left foot kick.

Taylin Duman. Creative and intelligent defender.

Kym LeBois. Excitement machine. Nephew of Aaron and Alwyn Davey. Quick and agile small forward and finished in the top 10 in the kicking test at the national combine.

Mitch Hinge. Accurate kick and good intercept ability.

Ben Jarman. Good user of the ball, clean hands and good footy nous.

Liam Ryan and Jye Bolton would be the ones I would look to from the WAFL.

Freo will definitely need Logue considering Johnsons recent stupidity..reckon Logue will give 100% to either Freo or Peel regardless of their opposition, just looks and sounds like a good character.

..not too sure man mountain Darcy will even have the engine to run out a WAFL reserves game let alone an AFL game.....quite surprised he wasnt rookied to guage whether he has the capability of developing an AFL engine to burn off some of that excess puppy fat!......Goddard or Strnadica surely would of been better bets?

Why so harsh Freezin in your assessment of Sean Darcy? The kid is 18 still growing and he's a ruckman. Clubs are prepared to give ruckman time to develop physically and player wise. He was widely regarded as the best tap ruckman in the U/18's. Fremantle has played it perfectly in the trade period and drafted what they needed, time will tell as with any club if they made the right choices.

Just a pity a couple of indigenous boys haven't made the right plays off the field in the off-season.
