A/man you would think people at Fremantle are giving Yarran some sensible advice. Since it was reported as a family matter you would think an apology and an offer to pay any medical expenses and a small compensation offer would suffice knowing what's at stake given his past record. Hopefully commonsense and not pride will get it the way.

Of course we don't know the facts and the circumstances of what took place. He might feel fully justified to fight the charge.

Freezin wrote: Freo will definitely need Logue considering Johnsons recent stupidity..reckon Logue will give 100% to either Freo or Peel regardless of their opposition, just looks and sounds like a good character.

..not too sure man mountain Darcy will even have the engine to run out a WAFL reserves game let alone an AFL game.....quite surprised he wasnt rookied to guage whether he has the capability of developing an AFL engine to burn off some of that excess puppy fat!......Goddard or Strnadica surely would of been better bets?

Definitely be interesting to see who both local clubs rookie list.....

Darcy was regarded as the best tap ruckman in the draft. Yes he needs to spend some time in the gym and also increasing is aerobic ability but that will happen over the next 12-18 months.

He probably will start out playing reserves at Peel next season with either Jonathon Griffen or Zac Clarke leading Peel's ruck line, providing Aaron Sandilands is fit. Darcy might even play predominantly as a forward early on at Peel with short stints in the ruck.

Overall I think Darcy along with all our recruits so far have addressed the needs of the team and here's hoping that they can develop and gel over quickly so we can get back to the pointy end of the ladder.

Also Sean Darcy, the strapping bike kid with a lot of puppy fat has slimmed down. From one training watcher, he says he has dropped more than 5KGs.At training yesterday he was opposed to rookie Luke Stnadika in ruck duels. They also did round the ground drills against each other. Two good prospects who to me seem set for big futures.

One can only hope a/man that you are right.

hey anchor....I live near big Sandilands in Attadale and was going for a walk the other evening and this man mountain came out of Sandi's place with a couple of dogs. a young bloke who must be over 200cms and 100 kg...would that be young Darcy as I read somewhere one of the interstate ruckman draftees was staying with Sandi? this kid was huge and seemed very shy.
