My gut feel is Hill is a done deal I mean why play it out in the media in July, I just hope it's for someone like Langdon or a second rounder.

McCarthy same height as Pav who has been a key fwd most of his career, Cam has shown he's more than a capable goal kicker ar AFL level already , as MO said even if he's a third tall that's a massive upgrade on Mayne and Cam is going to come cheap .

Our 1st won't be traded the rumours I hear Freo want Sam Petrovski/Seton with pick three, i think getting Hogan this year is unrealistic better chance next year when out of contract if he doesn't re sign with the Dee's.

Hopefully off loading a stack of players will net us some decent second or third round draft picks, I think there's ten to twelve players that will be off loaded with retirements.

Im sure they wont offer any overs on this one. If a deal is done it will be a 3rd round and a player, just hope the player isnt Langdon because he is going to be very good long term prospect. It has however been mentioned that he wants to return to Melbourne so we wait and see.
The way The Hawks go they could take our worst player and turn him into a good player and that is the danger with Hill if he comes into an average side without the assistance from the Hawks midfield, will he be as good. Des Headland certainly wasnt. Gotta be careful on this one.

Yeah he could turn out to be a Redden or Jetta.

Why he hasn't been on the paddock yet ,cost Freo fuck all considering he was a first rounder and he's injured , the two I mentioned have stunk it up all year when they havnt been dropped Jetta can't even get a kick for EP.
