I would of liked to see Drew Rhode in Johnsons position.. Drew has put in the hard work and been getting good results over the last few weeks in Ressies. Matty hasnt done much.

Just a quicky if your listening to the game on the net at 3WBC their listen now button is down the bottom of the screen. I had trouble finding it at first no problem now. Some out of Perth wont get 91.3 so this is an alternative.. Video replay should be on Foxtel Website on Wed or Thursday with commentary and in previous games have found the streaming pretty good.

Good luck to the Falcons tonight. A tall order against the Box Hill Hawks but I recall the Sharks knocked over a few more fancied teams in their Foxtel cup run last year so that should give some encouragement to West Perth.

Tonight we play the Hawthorn reserves team, Sunday we play the Dorkers reserves team, with a 4 day break between???? WTF is going on with this absolute shit fixturing????????

Dominant second quarter but an innacurate West Perth who lead Box Hill 4.7 (31) to 1.6 (12) at half-time in the Foxtel Cup at Etihad Stadium.
Goals for West Perth to Aaron Black, Steven Browne, Marcus Adams and Anthony Tsalikis.
Shane Nelson with 19 possessions, Jordan Jones 13 and Anthony Tsalikis 10, Aaron Black 9 and Ray Bartholomew 8.

Not doing bad against the TOP of the VFL ladder who have 5 wins and 1 draw

Considering our results it appeared to be a mismatch. Lets hope the boys can keep up the pressure in the 2nd Half but all being said we are doing well and should be proud of our effort

The Foxtel commentators haven't got a clue , Marusic has kicked over three hundred goals for WP, this is Adams first game for the club and WP has won 16 premierships. The Hawks ruckman is a giant of a man , he's throwing poor old Seva around like a rag doll, he's only had one touch. Keep at it Cardies, so far so good.

The radio broadcasters said Seva was having a good game in the Ruck.
