The WCE are unlikely to have a stand alone team next year I am hearing.
The reductions in squad numbers will inhibit that.

Well opinions are like bums, everyone has one. I think rather than work a way out of the problem, some people use their dislike of any club to form an opinion. Yeh, just get rid of tradition. So what’s next on the agenda, the Sharks are struggling so...... And Peel trundle merrily along.

The traditional clubs will never disappear so long as they have caring administrators and interested and vigilant members.

EFFC will be ok. WPFC weren’t.

Those attendance numbers are not accurate because they don't count the 500plus members who enter the building via the admin shop area, they never get counted as you can come and go as you like.
Who cares anyway the game was live on TV and that is always going to effect numbers

That might be a reasonable excuse if it was pissing down with rain, but it’s a piss poor excuse in perfect conditions. I saw a glimpse of it on tv and you could count the number of spectators on the outer on one hand. At the Perth v EP televised game in round 2 there were double that officially according to what was reported. I’d say there was well over 2000.
