Most likely signed with WCE Reserves and received a Type 2 permit to play with Trinity.

To play with Perth this year, the Type 2 permit would need to be cancelled and a full clearance submitted, transferring him from WCE WAFL to Perth.

Want to check out the clearance to TAs for yourself?

I think thats right. I assume all the West Coast top ups need to have a fall back Amateurs club

At last someone who has a semblance of knowledge.
He certainly is a WCE player.
He was cleared to WCE by PFC after a deal was struck following WAFL declaring that they would not oppose the move.
Have a look at the WAFL player lists.
So to be loaned to Perth for the season is a matter for WCE to deal with not TA.
Therefore it would appear that there may well be talks between WCE and PFC.
I accept your sincere apologies Freezn and TT.
Maybe this Demon knows more about what is going on at Lathlain some fake news breakers.

Interesting it was approved back in early Jan.....obviously Fraser was worried back then about COVID and how it would result in the WCE reserves not playing in 2020....as for an apology DF....mate I can think of a few 1000 fellas who owe you an apology before me mate....all of them Perth coaches, players and senior management since 78 mate.....

DF for someone who apparently knows what is going on at Lathlain, its taken you how many days to work out it was a Permit from WC to TAs? And I'm being kind saying you worked it out given I said it was a Type 2 permit yesterday. You've certainly got your finger on the pulse!

Can you explain to me this loan process you refer to - its not the 60s anymore. Contracted players need to be cleared between WAFL clubs, sometimes with a fee involved.

Let me remind you what you said TT.
In fact it is not a transfer TT.
As you have now enlightened me.
Shall I remind you of what you said about an hour ago.
Or maybe just leave it to you to take the foot out of your mouth.

It seems the fresh air in NZ is not necessarily good for ex Australian's mental health.
A permit was approved by Perth Football League back in January after Fraser was cleared from Perth WCE.
January was actually prior to Covid.
So not sure what Fraser would have been worried about.
The permit is not unusual as it provides the Clubs with an opportunity to play with a PFL if they can't play for their WAFL Club.
I would have thought due to the nature of WCE's list most top up players would have been issued with a permit.
So Fraser is firmly a WCE player.
When WAFL returns I think you will find him playing for PFC.
You're becoming tiresome know it all.
