Interesting comment. I think you might find Tiger that a lot of players in the WAFL including your club are keeping their options open. No WAFL this year and a lot of boys will be playing Ammos and Country. With a large reduced salary cap you might find blokes will go anyway. Fraser would be no different but I can assure you of one thing if WAFL gets played this year Fraser will be playing WAFL

Don't worry DF as I understand the position a listed WCE player cannot play for the WCE reserves if he is an existing WAFL listed player. Step1 transfer to an amateur football club. (Trinity Aquinas). Step 2 transfer to Perth!

Very true TT, Was submitted and approved back in January according to the Ammos website clearances page....but hey as Hawkeye says could easily be 2 step process back into the WAFL....Wonder if TA will play hard ball and make McInness honour his signature.

Hawkeye, I think you will find that long winded approach not required.
He would simply be on loan from WCE for season 2020.

How can WCE loan a player who has had his clearance to another club in another comp approved? On the Perth Football League site, McInness's clearance from the WAFL to TA was approved a few months back.....but hey better for the WAFL, if the like of quality folk in McInness are playing then not playing...

Where does this sort of crap come from?
Why would a player sign with an Amateur club when he has already signed with the WCE WAFL side?
Beggars belief.
