That was totally unacceptable.
We will not win another game.
Now it is up to a new regime to do what they promised.
Lots of change required at the Club.
After I found out who was on the selection panel.
FFS get some football people with nous into the football department.
We cannot afford to have jobs for the boys.
We have been sick for 40 years and as far as I can see nothing has changed yet.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.

I’d rather try a few players that haven’t had a go and start thinking about next year. Let’s start by looking for a decent CEO and give the encumbant his marching orders. Sooner he is shown the door the better.

West Perth are indeed the least liked team in the WAFL.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

when your 2 big men in the ruck take 2 marks between them for a whole game you are in trouble no matter who your playing and that was to go with there 9 combined disposals for the game, poor.

I dont know which of the coaches refused to instruct our players to go man on man between the 50 metre arcs i doubt he knows what hes doing.
Eagles player free everywhere between the arc parituarly in the first quarter.

If ever we needed convincing that you need a tall power forward then today was it.

Sorry Earl but our skill level has not improved under your leadership.
Hand balls go astray, kick to the opposition continually,go accross the ground and butcher the ball,we have to be mauch better than that.

I was hopefull today of a win one because the stakes were so high and two Swans beat a stronger West Coast team last week and i would have thought we are much better than Swans,Maybe im wrong.

Our hope of playing finals are in serious doubt,a weak effort at home today imo.

Really disappointing effort after a 9 day break. Whilst our rucks took a grand total of 2 marks the WCE rucks took 10. We had 9 players get under 10 possessions, that's not usually a recipe for success.
It was painful to watch WCE get free kicks and contested marks inside their 50 whilst we didn't look like it. Roe got his hands on the ball a few times but couldn't make them stick.

Ninyette had a crack but fumbled at critical times and missed a mark he'd usually swallow. Marshall at 190cm ws our tallest forward for much of the game. Really need to get a confident Bennell back in.

Be nice to see an updated injury list to see if their is anything to give us hope.

Also the current scoreboard is a piece of crap, some country grounds have a better standard and its placed in exactly the wrong position later in the game. Surely a sponsor would be willing to fork out for a state of the art board to get their name on it. A million kids there today, Mr Whippy would have made a fortune!

Just not good enough. Bob Shields, your election platform promised big change. On field no changes apparent. Off field looks like some positive signs re crowds and increased revenue but when will that translate into success on Field?.?.
We appear well short of finals let alone flags. Huge changes required including a new CEO, a new coach able to produce match winning strategies as needed on game days and properly targeted recruiting to produce a playing squad capable of bridging the gap.
We must become a smart club. Get out the cheque books and the brown paper bags and get this club out of the sh*t we have been in for the past 40+ years.
Bob, we do not know what you are doing about it at this stage of another below par season but come AGM time there will be questions that will need answers.

STT, I hear what you say about the team chopping and changing, but I still think we need changes for next week. Hopefully Byrne might be available. No info from the club as to how he is tracking but the West suggested he was close. Albeit Narrier is soft and slack, I'd still have him there for that bit of pace and flair. The forward line though, God knows. Do we bring Bennell back just in the hope that he finds some form? Do we even try Sinclair at CHF, maybe Taylor on a wing pushing forward, Leggett at half forward? We need to find at least one more goal per quarter, otherwise 6-7 goals won't be enough to win one, let alone two, of our last games.
