We need Murray to go up against Lammie,he has the height and build to do well against him.
Our other 2 options are too light on.
To not play Murray would be a tactical blunder imo.

Nick Kane is not a KPP and if we play him at either full back or CHB will be playing right into Swans hands.
Kane Ranstead will get found out by the better Swans forwards, unfortunately if he doesnt fire in the backline theres nowhere else to put him.

McIness at CHF has to find form, the players upfield have to be pin point accurate passing the ball to him.
We need a tall option to stand up to take some of the scoreboard pressure off the smalls.

We generally get blown away in 1 quarter at Basso, its normally the 2nd or 3rd.
We need to be right in the contest at 3/4 time to have any hope.

I reckon the likes of Bevan and Reimers will come up aginst their first lot of decent defenders, SD mid size defenders will be far more tighter than SF and Peel lot....plus Ames will give McInnes another difficult day at the office.....who are Perth gonna use on Geappen?....Is Butler in or out?...for your sakes he is an in!....Newman and Garlett?.....mmmm don't fancy any Perth defender watching those two boys.....I wish Perth well.....hopefully the umps give you guys as good a run as you got v SF last weekend....

Thats true but i also doubt whether those defenders have come up against 2 quality small forwards in Reimers and Bevan before.
Its the other options forward that i think will be our problem.
We just dont have that tall that can command a top defender, that tall that can do damage.
Put a Josh Smith type in our forward line and id be a happy man, yeah i know im dreaming. It might happen one day, quality smalls with a quality tall all in the forward line at the same time.

Hams does well on Medhurst every time Swans play Claremont and Medhurst is a better player than Reimers or Bevan..

Miles has played AFL and Jetta is a state back pocket, Harding will need to get his match-ups right as Reimers and Bevan were the difference last week for the Demons though mid-field dominance will be the key as usual, Swans got killed there last week by the Tigers

Back in the day yeah but not now.
Medhurst whilst still good is probably not 1/2 the player he used to be,remember Bevan is an AFL premiership player not a hack!
And Reimers probably not unlike Medhurst in as much as very flamboyant but when there off they stink!!

Medhurst kicked 6 in last years GF and won the Simpson, he's played 2 games this year and all of a sudden he's no good !

Hams will go to Bevan, Jetta to Donovan for speed so will Miles take Reimers? Stack is playing as well yes? We talk about stopping the forwards but I think Perth will need to think about stopping the run out of half back aswell.

Didnt say he was no good just dont reckon the 2013 Medhurst is as good a player as he once was.

to kick 6 and win a Simpson in a GF 3 games ago means he is still a good WAFL player, to say that Bevan and Reimers are as good as him now as forwards is a big call and the proof will be shown over the course of the season no doubt.

6 against South is a bit different to 6 in a GF..

...3 games ago you make it sound like the gf was back in March,7 months is a long time in footy especailly if your 31 turning 32.
Yep probably a big call for Bevan but Reimers is a genuine small forward goal kicker and yes the proof will be shown over the course of the year.
