Great game by the boys.

Good to see stacky finding some form, and McKenna was brilliant in the midfield

Notice guy piggott kicked 5 in the ressies anyone know much about him?

Good to see Irons back also

Need a backup for graham though ruck stocks thin

Good to see the colts win also

With Eyres injured and Johnson om crutches after the game on Saturday I think Dylan Biggs needs to play. We need Latch and Zucconi down back this weekend, can't afford to be robbing peter to pay Paul especially against the Lions.

Agree to a certain extent Mr AFL. Do we know Johnston's injury. I saw him on crutches after the game but sometimes that's just a precaution. If he's out we don't want to use Latch in the ruck. That caused him to get injured last year and we can ill afford to lose him as well.

The problem is if you play another ruckman it leaves us short in the midfield rotations and Subi's engine room is the best in the business. Ideally we need a like for like replacement for Johnston. Sorry but I'd be happy if Eyres never plays another game. I think he's a liability. Perhaps Marshall Jones comes in to give extra firepower up front allowing Spencer White to give the big Angus a rest.

Or Angus rests up forward while Spencer has a stint in the ruck so we still have a tall marking forward.

By the way Mr AFL, where did you find that moniker? That's the old school demon moniker. Mind if I borrow it?

I'm not sure DD but it didn't look like it was just a precaution. Agree that we can't afford to use Latch in the ruck more than what he already has been this season.

Hear what you are saying about Subiaco's engine room and can see the benefits of playing someone like Marshall Jones as a second tall in the forward line. I think he is about 189-191cm so he does have a little bit of height about him and has been pretty good in the opening ressie matches.

If Johnson does miss there will be a big workload placed upon Angus and Spencer this weekend to switch between ruck and forward line roles.

Feel free to use that moniker DD. Just google Demons Embroidered Logo and then click images. Should be on the third line :)
