Watched the first 3/4 with interest. Couldn't watch the last as was too anxious.

Very happy to see Stacky return to form. Obviously happy with a win from behind.

Very happy with the new recruits and the return players were great. Blue came good after quarter time.

Bell very composed

I think Trop was off today from his lofty heights of last year - last week injured and maybe a bit hanging around, we couldn't get the ball out of the centre in the first quarter and a half with him Blue and Jones in there but we did turn it around eventually.

Edmonds and Gianatti have come along. Fisher seemed quieter than last week but two goals difficult to follow up on.

Saw the first quarter of the seconds and #47 Marshal Jones reads the ball beautiful.

Spoke to Eyers after the game - Knee injury - out for 8 to 12 weeks. Injured Mid 3rd quarter last week.

Apparently the Wolf was the star of the last quarter when I wasn't watching - not heaps up to then.

Wilkens and Chester 15 and 17 looked like they might need an extra run in the seconds.

Michael Sinclair - not playing as well as last year I have to say.

Irons played in the seconds and got through unscathed.

Great to see a good crowd after disappointing Joondalup crowd last week.

Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Chester and Hug didn't play either grade today
We haven't seen Scott Doncon either

The Reserves side had lots of changes from last week
Papertalk also an absentee from today's game in Ressies

TFAF I agree Bell and Edmonds were solid in defence

Zac Fisher throws himself about has a real go

Taylor had a good game 1

Callum Walley doing a good job up forward

I think some of the young one's are showing enough to be positive

Very good fightback by the boys. Wolfy was instrumental in that last quarter. Always a good weekend when your team wins :) :)

Well done to the D's, great to see you run over a highly skilled and super fit team, should provide some much needed confidence going into next week and beyond.
