Hopefully now that Xmas and New Year are out the way a recruit or 2 are still in our sights.

I still worry about our goal kicking capabilities.
We do not have a goal kicking midfield,other than Graham when resting/drifting forward the others dont worry the scoreboard enough.
They can certainly win there fair share of the ball in the middle and pump it forward.

Do we have the firepower forward to do the bulk of the scoring?
We have recruited players that are forwards but do they have what it takes,they are all pretty well unknown types.

As it stands now we are certainly a stronger team than last season but do we have the right recruits and depth to challenge for a finals spot?

Imo we are still in need of a couple of players to be a serious threat in 2016.

I agree 30+. If we had been able to score Grimley we certainly would have a pretty potent forward line. Another Grimley may be hard to find but I hope that we are still on to it.
We don't seem to have strengthend the defence. With luck Latch and Johnston will not be required to pinch hit in the ruck and will be able to settle down in defensive positions. Ideally, I would like to see another tall defensive KPP on board.
It does seem that Kristian Cary is a goalkicking midfielder. Hopefully he will add a bit of offensive bite. Capable of kicking 30-40 goals?
Does anyone know much about Mills? He appears to be a big lad but little is known about where he might fit into the side. He is basically an untried player at WAFL level.
Our recruiting has been well targeted so far but IMO we do need to top up with a couple of key players.
What we don't need is to swap a 1 point player for a 10 point 1 WAFL game player.

Stephen Mills Grassy..ex Souths I believe 196cm and 92kg according to Waflonline.
He is a 5 point recruit. I don't know anything about him.

I don't see Clint Jones listed on our player list on the WAFL website. What's going on there? Ditto Spencer White.

Office only re=opened today I believe and the WAFL probably also been closed.
They have signed as I understand it and only clearances to be finalised and ratified before they appear on our list.
I would have thought that the FM would tie up all the loose ends.

Did you follow up with the club Grassy? What did they say? Didn't happen to mention another ruckman or key defender by any chance?

Which two names were they? Are they talls or smalls?

Anyone heard any more about whether Leyendekkers is going to suit up in 2016 or not? There where murmurs towards the end of last year that he might be thinking about coming back but there was nothing concrete.

Also anyone know where we are at with Joel Leeson and West Perth?
