I think you'll find that when they do put it in the calendar at PFC anyway it usually says something like keep checking here for more info or date subject to change. Usually our season is all done by about round six so it gets locked in anyway haha

Perhaps send a working party over to West Adelaide to find out how its done,they are playing off in this weeks SANFL Grand Final.
After collecting the wooden spoon last year they are playing off in a GF.

Although the Bloods have at least managed to play finals since there last flag in 1983 like us they have had many lean years with 5 wooden spoons along the way.

Doesn't West Adelaide wear the same colours as well.

Have heard that there may be some players from.Swans coming to Lathlain. That's all I know at this stage unfortunately.

So, with Jacobs, Lyendekkers, and possibly Risol coming back (was there one other?), and the possibility of a few coming from Swans, things seem to be progressing along on the recruiting front. However, we need to see how many of our current players are staying and how many are going. Bateman has moved up to the coaching panel. Irons should be back next year. We wait on the draft to see whether we lose Jones and others.

Haven't heard anything about Jacobs coming back but would be happy to have him. I think his role that negating midfielder is something that we don't have in the team at the moment. Brad Keast was one that performed this role also but he left for work opportunities.

As far as I am aware PD players were still in exit interviews 3-4 weeks ago and the club at that stage seemed pretty confident of keeping majority of the guys that are considered to be in our best 22.

Mr AFL: Yes, Perth share the same colours as West Adelaide; the club also shares one of its nicknames,'red legs', with Norwood.

Keast is the other player possibly coming back.

Its ok these former players coming back but lets remember they have been here before and we have struggled these players mostly add depth,they are not out and out stars of the comp so its ultra important that we target 4 or so recruits that are preferably experienced,are quality players at this level and most of all meet the shortfalls and needs that exist eg.Tall Kpp's,goal kickers,rucks and a mid or 2.

Also Mr AFL Westies went on and won there first GF in 32 years and that came from finishing 9th last year (2014),9th to a flag it can be done.
So there is hope for us providing we get it right on field once and for all!!!

Good on West Adelaide. I would be ecstatic if something like that happened at Perth but would settle for making the finals first.
