I wonder where our Butcher Medal night fits in our planning for next year.
It seems that the club's planning is to hold it before the finals are finished each year.
I think it is time to rethink that planning, it's not good for a positive outlook, if the Board plans that way every year.

I hope our Football Department's planning is well under way.

The date for the Butcher Medal and that of all club B&F's is usually determined towards the end of the season or once a team is mathematically out of a chance of playing finals.

Have heard they have contacted a couple of people so far, some quality amongst them too.

There have been a few ruckmen delisted from AFL lists already so surely phone calls/planning has been made to bring something in for 2016.

Mr AFL that would be normal for most clubs.
I'm pretty sure if you have a look at the Calendar of events in March, ours is pretty well done.
LT97 I hope you're right and we get ahead of all the other Clubs.
Usually when they hear we're after someone they just get the cheque book out.
