Siegert did not play. Can you tell us a bit more about him PD?

For me John Levien impressed and Quinton Narkle is one to keep an eye on. Just needs to work on his finishing.

DF could you be mistaking some of the statisticians that assist on game day as assistant coaches. I know they are often in huddles and running around at the breaks but usually they are just giving the stats to the coach. Most coaches have KPI's that they like to meet per quarter like tackles, inside 50 and forward pressure acts etc....

That's a bit surprising. I thought our great CEO was going to have a clean sweep through the coaching ranks. The only change is Earl himself. Didn't he have any other people he could have brought with him. We are desperate for some fresh blood right through the club.

Shit mate you dont want to change things too much....shit we may improve if we did.

if was ES I probably would have cleaned out football operations and brought my own people in.
Some of ours have been there too long.

I'm not sure why ES would get rid off Ruck, Lang, and Williams. Williams has showed a fair amount of loyalty to the club, he's been a league coach at WAFL level, and is generally well-liked from what I understand. Lang is one of our own; a former captain of the club, and another guy who stood loyal to the club when big $$$ offers were made from other clubs while he was playing. Ruck I know less about, but from memory is only been there for a year or two. Former premiership player, too, I think. Why would you get rid of this mix of talent, experience, and loyalty? Do you really think a better team could be assembled from outside the club? It's cheap to say wipe the board and start again.
