Lets be honest we are not in an ideal position in fact i think we are knackered.

Its clear to me we cant find a decent coach.

Players are starting to leave,Bevan,Risol,Moody retiring(he's only just turned 29).
Trying to replace player loses and then recruit to strengthen is something we have failed to do so often in the past.

How do you attract any player of note to this football club when we are coachless and a few senior players are leaving for various reasons?
Not to mention our on field feats of 2014!

The board is to blame for this mess giving McMahon a contract extension based on no results,a decent new coach 12 months ago and we wouldnt be talking mergers and alignments.
They will be this clubs downfall.

We all know its probably Spencer's own opinion and lets face it the numbers are growing who are thinking this way even our President.

lets be honest here we dont exactly help ourselves deflecting the spotlight off of us,we are at times when it comes to Football matters..poorly run.
Clearly any coach worth having isnt interested you only had to listen to Todd Curley on the ABC Sunday,players are losing interest and that goes both ways,players staying and new recruits coming.

I have a real bad vibe with the direction we are heading.

30plus forget the extension giving McMajon the job in the first place is probably going to be the downfall of this club, have heard that Bewick was treated shabbily when going for the same job as Mcdud it doesn't take much for word to get around hence not much interest in the job,

Thats very true PN and i was one of the loudest to voice my concern with his initial appointment but we probably could have stumbled along for 2 years and then gone for someone else limiting the damage somewhat but yep the whole fixation that the board had with this bloke is going to cost us.

No coming back from here i reckon!

Pretty gloomy outlook being discussed here. We need some good news to put paid to all the doom and gloom.

I remember Ross Lyon saying after Fremantle got flogged by Hawthorn earlier in the season "things are never as bad as they seem and you are never as good as you think you are". And he repeated that line the following week when we beat Essendon. People will fill the vacuum left by players that have left.

Anyone know how Dene White went in the Sandover?

Dene polled 29 points.
Black was about 49.
Dene had a great year.
