Yep just heard it on the radio,Trevor Williams to be caretaker coach til the end of the season.

I'm not disappointed by this decision.
It had to happen and probably came a fortnight after it should have but still the right move for the club has happened.


Now for the search,lets hope we don't stuff this up!
We have the time on our side to pick the best that is available,now get moving!!!

30+ the name that no-one seems to be talking about and is, I believe interested in a football involvement now he's back in town, is Mark Harvey.
The list is impressive.
Not sure of the availability of all of them, for instance isn't Peter German coaching in Victoria?
Watters, German are not my choices.
I think it is down to Harris (if still interested, he was but that was last year) and Harvey.
Armstrong no - can't afford sentiment.
Darren Glass, no we need experience. Darren is a quality person and I think West Coast will utilise him in some capacity.
I'm in two minds.
Harris WAFL premierships as player and coach.
Harvey AFL experience.
Experience, discipline and fitness are what we need and the new man must be given the reign and his own team of assistants.
He must also be given the recruiting ability that McMahon was given.
Had Jarman been given the same recruiting support, who knows.
And we need to get rid of the idiot with computer who times the rotations - bullshit!!!!

Today's paper has Todd Curley as a chance!

For mine DF its a no brainer...If Darren Harris is available he's the bloke imo.
If not then yes Harvey would have to be considered also Gary Ayres would have to be looked at.
No to the rookies.
No to German,Watters and Waterman.
No also to Todd Curley,it wasnt that long ago (just before his Freo appontment) that the West Perth supporters were calling for his blood as there coach!

I agree that the new bloke must bring in his own assistants and give them the resources to get the recruits that are needed.
