No to Shepherd for me. We need someone that the players respect and a coach with experience.

Agree Mr AFL. We certainly need a coach who commands the players' respect, has a solid track record of man management and has the full support and backing of the Board. Ideally, he must be given full reign to put his own coaching structure in place and build his own player group recognizing the type of recruits needed to take the club forward on field.
