Great win by the boys, shocked they made such a huge comeback. 38 goals in 2 games and no goals from Paul Bevan...the forward line looking good.

Focus this week surely would be on the first quarter, first few games we have looked sloppy early on. Cant let that happen against West Perth.

Yep fantastic win especially away from home,huge milestone game for Miller and most had Souths as the big movers this year.

The pleasing thing for me other than the comeback is the 38 goals scored in 2 games,i thought this would be our weakness.

Next week huge test against the reigning premiers and a game where we cant afford a slow and sloppy start,give West Perth a 40 odd point start at Joondy and there will be no coming back!

Great start to the year where we could easily have been zero and 2 instead of 2 and zero.
Must keep a lid on it and just remember we are only 2 games in in a 20 game season,long way to go.

There is definitely plenty of room for improvement in the skill department. We won'tget aaway with it againsta qua lityside llike WP. Blazing away into the forward 50 and sloppy handball got us into trouble last night. I see the midfield as our weakness, we are a bit inexperienced in that area though there is significant improvement in Dene White. I can't work out why Boyle doesn't start in the guts. This bloke is hard at it and explosive off the mark. We could do with Chance Bateman but he looks a long way off from what I saw of him last week.

I was surprised to see Cam Manuel get 20 disposals last night. Everyone looked a shadow of themselves for the first quarter but to me he looked ordinary for the first three quarters. Loved his game last week but he has to loose his hot and cold performances.

Lesson starting to frustrate me. Looks too laconic too often. Tackling efforts not hard enough. Does know how to kick a goal though.

Yep only two games in to a long season. Whilst we have won the opening two games still plenty to improve on like skills, the over use of the handball and our slow starts.

Really big game against the Falcons next week. Can't afford to just lie down and get our arses handed to us. Need to work on starting when the first ball is bounced and not at the start of the second quarter.

The impressive thing has been our ability to kick 38 goals in the opening two games without Bevan kicking any. With the forward line going alright I wonder if it would allow Paul Bevan to spend more time in the midfield. The more class we have in there the better.

Having a look at some of the stats from last night Mitch Morton will be better for the run after having 18 disposals and kicking 2 goals. Gerard Ugle had 23, Dene White 24 and 2 goals, Kieran Hug 21, 6 tackles and a goal, Callum Collard 7 tackles and 5 goals and Mitch Leyendekkers 7 tackles and 41 hitouts.
