Kris Miller with 300 WAFL games is huge and will be the last time it happens I would say. (Not sure how many Ames, Wulf, Hilderbrandt have)

Bateman 250 - cmon - about 15 WAFL games in that? Bit different.

SF have to win. 19.9 would be nice this week and another 63 inside 50's.

Chance Bateman every bit as important. He started at the Dees and was able to carve a career at the Hawks, and back to his original Club. Go the Dees

From what I have heard Chance's games include WAFL, AFL and VFL appearances.

2500 would be a great crowd for a Friday night.

A game needs 4000 at Fremantle oval for atmosphere as the bar is behind glass windows and about 50 meters from the oval. Terrible set up especially when you add the fact that the grand stand is also 50 meters from the edge of the oval.

The players only see cars.

Hopefully this sort of set up is not repeated at the Claremont and Lathlain redevelopment.

Hopefully if EF move to Fremantle oval they can fix this debacle.

IMHO I think you are being a bit unfair on Billings.
He was unfairly treated by the Umpires in 2012 and it would appear that their is a vendetta against him.
Maybe the Duffy one was an exception to that.
Hence his year off last year.
Nothing appears to have changed.
It seems incredulous to me that a player can be justifiably reported every time he steps on to the field.
He is hard at the ball, and always gives 100% for the Club.
At 192cm he has always been asked to take on number 1 or 2 forward, and has tried hard.
With the addition of Risol & the Mortons I see him as a valuable defender capable of taking on the 3rd or 4th forward and contributing well.

Fremantle Oval has a great atmosphere due to it being smaller, concrete banks and at night time it tends to keep the noise in. Bar 50m from the fence? Don't think so. if you don't want to drink behind the glass inside . . . go outside and sit on a chair dumb ass.

Just because we don't have 200 unwashed perth supporters crammed into an outdoor cage called the pigpen drinking export from a can doesn't mean our ground is shite by the way.

We will get 2,500 there and it will be a good night, whether you're there or not!!

Chris Billings got 2 weeks for rough conduct and accepted this at the tribunal.

The ground is surrounded with cars on one side.

The grand stand is 50meters from the edge of the oval.

Bar is 50 meters from the edge of the oval. The area that you suggest one to sit in in not available to opposing club supporters. (an unbelievable fact with WAFL what it is now)

Perth's Pen welcomes all and sundry.

Don't be in denial.Freo oval is by far and away the worst place to watch WAFL football. It is the only place that I don't introduce a prospective WAFL follower too as its too embarrassing.

A bit off topic, but will therebe a pig pen/can bar or something of the equivalent when Lathlain Park gets an upgrade?
