Geez that's got to be an absolute minimum! No more secret sweet heart deals for boy wonder. Time for this never ending apprenticeship to end. Go out and test the market and see what's available.

Yep, 3 years, no finals appearances, 33+ figjams dispatched. You couldn't possibly reward that.

Harris to go to WP next year! Not sure in what capacity but PFC will struggle to attract him IMO! Let's face it coaches cost money and like it or not McMahon has been the cheap option and the only option available at the time when we broke jarmans contract.

Reality is a good coach will require one of our sponsors to cough up and I don't think the administration is in that position. McMahon cannot coach next year but our options will be limited without $

I see Elari was best for Swans and McDougall and Kayler-Thomson were among subi's best on the weekend - lucky we got rid of them eh!

It has been an improvement this season, no doubt about it. However we put ourselves in a really good position to play finals for the first time in a long time and for majority of the season we stayed inside the top four. We let ourselves down in the second half of the season and those close losses early on have come back to haunt us.

Overall I would rate the season a B-. Definitely need a key forward that can kick 50 plus. If an A grade ruckmen of the calibre of Andrew Ruck, Mark Seaby or a Chris Keunen becomes available then I would go after them. Midfield wise I think we are ok with the like of Hug, Manuel, Boyle and Chrimes to hopefully push and play more league football next season.

This season was a good starting block. Have won 9 games, potentially could win 10. Got games into young players like Sinclair, Sketcher, Leyendekkers and Eyres and if they can have a big preseason will be better for it in 2014. I would like to see what this side could potentially do if we have a key forward, another ruckman and maybe an A grade midfielder.

Yep sounds like you need a Mcdougall and JKT type of player but with the team culture ??? LOL Don't worry Subi's under achieved as well so we know how you feel but if you have any other crap players like those two that you want to get rid of give us a call - they'll feature well at our F & B

You can keep McDougall, JKT is welcome back though :)

A lot of people have to realise though that not every player that left was for culture reasons. Some just wanted a fresh start like JKT and with that fresh start has had a very good season.

Agreed on the job must be advertised,if McMahon is re-appointed then expect much of the same.he's had 3 years to impress and play finals.

Obviously a quote by a punter who knows nothing about player movements in local footy! Before you shoot your big one off choppy why don't you ask jkt and doogs why they left!! Let me enlighten you sunshine........ They wanted a move not Perth!! And we won't be sending any more crappy players your way sunshine because like it or not you have enough already!
