Well done on an improved season fellas. I guess beating the bottom 3 teams 7 times is something to hang our hats on. But at the end of the day today proved how far off we are. In fact like I said early in the week we're actually not really close. Reimers has been horrible. 12 pointer and 900 bucks a game has been an absolute waste. West Perth are genuine. This year is up for grabs. They are as much chance as anyone. They gut run and spread as good as anyone. They are a real chance.

As far as we are concerned tonight we are Marvin the Martian.... Back to the old drawing board

Will be back in the four 5pm Saturday.

Had a great day and night in Moora. Pitty there were not more Perth supporters there.

Do try and get along sometime people.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

That game is not 100% guaranteed and with the way your boys have been playing Bazza and the way we have, I reckon you are a massive chance.

Yeah watched the game , and fair dinkum the second half effort was hopeless, more importantly,,,you need to beat EP this week,,,and I reckon that will take a miracle,

Yep a miracle. Especially considering the way East Perth tore Subiaco apart in the second half.

Theres the usual things that rear there heads for us,poor disposal(how many times do we kick out on the full when under no pressure from the opposition???)and kick to the opposition for easy turnovers?,terrible decision making, lack lustre game plan, below par midfield and i reckon we rely too heavily on Bevan(in particular) and Stack kicking the bulk of our goals.

East Perth will beat us because they are better drilled, they seem to lift when it counts, something we are unable to do and they have the big men dominance where it counts...we dont!!

One thing that really stood out for me was the difference in size between the teams.
Perth really are a very skinny side compared to most. I am willing to bet they are the skinniest!! Obviously that has something to do with being such a young side! We have no talls and no weight around the stoppages.......both are crucial to be competitive. Hopefully Brendon Kays has the boys in the gym over the offseason!

A contributor to our decision making errors can also be attributed to lack of experience. On Saturday we had no players who have played over 80 WAFL games.......that is a significant disadvantage. Again that would have to be the most inexperienced side in the WAFL ATM!!

IMO even 1 win from the last 3 will be a good effort from this team!! And yes Bazza hopefully its against souths!
