Yesterday game was a really yawning affair and thank god we got the 4 points and we were lucky we were playing Subi,if it was any of the other top 4 teams we would have been in trouble.

I think we rely to heavily on our small forwards to kick our winning score also other than McInnes we need to find another tall KP for the forward line if we want to win enough games to make the 4,our midfield has to be more damaging than what it is and we need to bite the bullet and play Lyendeckers as the second ruckman.

Agree with the need for Leyendekkers to come in and play the second ruck role. We could then have either one of them resting forward as another tall target other than McInnes and Tunbridge (when he's on the field)

Congratulations to Perth Football Club's Joel Leeson, who was named one of the best on ground for Perth with 27 disposals and three goals and claims the AAMI WAFL Player of the Week Award for Round 17. ‪#‎WAFL‬

Time For a Flag wrote: I am very glad the Ali Smith thing has been cleared up. Thanks DF and PN more research before posting such things would be nice.

We didn't look great today as everyone has said but we have made a talant of looking ordinary and loosing the last 15 years so no complaints with not looking great and winning.

Eyers has been great. I remember his first game on Good Friday last year and I thought he was a dud. But that was the last time I have thought that.

Morton very good. Kicking will improve with fitness.

O'Sullivan much better today.

Bateman, McInnes, Hodge, Bevan, Jacobs, Risol, Kane, Tedesco, Sketcher all much improved on last week.

Manuel - not on the league list in Budget - great first game back.

Lesson great first game back.

Sinclair great return.

Collard seemed a bit off the pace.

Stack did take some good marks.

Not impressed (so far) with Johnston.

Quick return for Ali please.

Is Tunbridge back next week?

Did Houghton play Ressies and I think it is a bit rough if someone tells me to get to the ressies and find out myself. I have seen around 18 to 20 quarters of ressies this year and came from Margaret River today to see the league.

Ransted, Leyendeckers and Busher and Houghton would be pushing for Johnston's spot.

Hunt probably deserves another chance.

I remember Moody playig a lot of Ressies last year. Real big improvement in his attitude. Looks very interested.

Very loose with your referencing and quotes Pete.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Well you agreed with DF because he obviously found out a different view from someone at the club, you really shouldn't take everything as gospel that comes out of the PFC.

Your starting to sound like another disgruntled Perth supporter taking delight in any possible negative associated with the club.

Still haven't got an answer to my question. Has the club asked Ali Smith to leave??
