Not exactly our happiest hunting ground, but funnier things have happened in Football.
I am hoping for a top game and it would be nice to win.
If Parfitt is not 100% I would rest him and rest him for the State game.
Unleash the run and stun, it's a good ground for it.

I'm pretty confident we'll belt you this weekend - Leggett 7. No Parfitt and been up for a while - Sharks close to full strength and humming along - a tad bias, but I haven't seen a team play at the level EF are at when they play their best. Yes, Claremont belted us, so we can have an off day - but Sharks to take the Leggett Cup pretty easily.

Gee whiz, humming along. So far MSF has beaten WART, Subi, FART and SD.

Haha love your confidence KC laying down a marker as the best team in the WAFL. I doubt Bill will be underestimating us. Even with Parfitt and Simpson out we still stack a pretty good midfield. Parfitt still a chance.

And we have a fair bit of goal scoring potency. Does Jack get Clarke or Marlin? I'm counting on a couple of goals from Avery clangers. And we've got a fair bit of pace in the side this year. Warm day predicted.

Avery won't play on Clarke. As I've said before, I rate Avery and would like to have him back at Lathlain. But he's not a close checking, negating type defender. His strength is reading the play and intercepting. He prefers to avoid body contact. My guess would be that Marlin will play a scragging role on Clarke (I hope the umps are on the lookout for holding) with Avery trying to cut off his leads, provided there's no risk of him getting hurt in the process. The beauty of a forward like Clarke is that if the opposition put all their effort into stopping him, someone else like Schlensog can get off the chain.

PFC forwards to get off the chain Clarke, Schenslog and don't forget Derksen.
He's tall and agile.
And then Paton has proved he's no slouch.
If fit I would play Thorne.
If the midfield can connect there could be some headaches for EF backline.

Hopefully with the renovation at Moss Street they have removed the pile of yellow sand in the outer that  sat in front of the of the toilets for 30 years .

Should be a great game. Stubbs on form in the Reserves should play .

Does anyone know if they have a bar at East Freo with the new ground arrangements?

Hill is out of the league team and not named in reserves or on injury list. Thorne named in the reserves. Extended bench is Edwards, Dellamarta, Kemp, Bodle, Luers, Stubbs, Parfitt, Brogan-Henry. I'd go with Edwards, Della, Parfitt (provided no injury concerns - can't take any chances) and either Stubbs or Kemp. I don't think the other three are league quality.

Yes I’d go with Kemp and your other 3. He was unlucky to be dropped.
I think McLean is a bit fortunate to keep his place.
