I didn't pick up on Stubbs also being out. Two of the 4 emergencies, Luers and Bodle, are playing, Della and Stubbs are not, so maybe there are some late changes? Good to see a weakened reserves team leading, albeit narrowly. Gray getting a ton of it again and Thorne seemingly doing ok.

Great to see the colts knock off second placed EF. Hopefully the reserves and league can make it a clean sweep. Are you there Ted? Let us know who are coming out for a kick around in the league team.

Yep, I’m here. Schlensog and OHB out, Stubbs and Della in. Big outs, don’t know why.

Believe OHB is illness but agree that Schlensog is a big out. Good win in the  Reserves but some injury concerns with only 1 left on the bench at the end of the game. Good to see Oscar Scoble back after nearly 2 years with injuries - 2 goals but also one of those injured.

We are well behind the best teams. But the umpires have been appalling

Apparently Gastro went through the club during the week....according to the 7 Plus coverage. Umpiring has been appalling .

Appalling is perhaps being a little kind. The way Aaron Clarke has been treated has been nothing short of disgraceful and, at times, downright dangerous. Absolutely disgraceful decisions all over the ground.
Micale just said on SportFM that Perth have peaked this season and will struggle from here on. What a totally disrespectful and unnecessary comment. What a wanker.

Micale has always been a prick
Full of himself
i hate when the other fools call him 4 time premiership coach
The little weasel was gifted 3 flags with the filth's alignment with the Eagles
Can't stand the bastard

For as long as I've been following Perth we have struggled in adverse conditions. Today we come against a strong breeze and we had no idea how to move the ball kicking into it, as shown by failing to score a single goal into the wind. We know we are not a top 3 team. Nothing wrong with that - it is very hard to go from 4 consecutive second last placings to top 3. 4th or 5th is still possible if we stay fit. That was part of the problem today. Kemp, McLean and Stubbs may as well have not been out there. Likewise Paton after quarter time. It is obvious now that Stubbs is no longer a league standard player. The bye gives us a chance to get some players back. However, Peel seem to be building with more Dockers players, and we may get them at a bad time.

Otherwise, EF were clearly the better team - 33 scoring shots to 13, they ran harder and were cleaner with the ball. But geez, the umpiring... would have been at least 3 goals closer without their influence. I thought I was watching rugby the amount of throws EF got away with.

As an East Freo board member, should he even be commenting at Shark games? While the other two were discussing Marsh’s cowardly thuggery against Perth’s young kids, I don’t recall a single word from Micale. Not a word.
