I know Subi aren't the powerhouse they used to be, but I'm surprised they have taken Broadbent. I would have thought there are a few warning signs that he may not make it as a league player...

If he cracks a league game at Subi, that will be a sign how far they have fallen. They were once notorious for taking other clubs’ (well, mostly Perth’s) best players and off loading spuds.

Well, Ted they have taken a spud this time.
He looked overweight and unfit to me.
Disappointing, I had high hopes for him but we have definitely dodged a bullet.
I don't think he even played a Reserves game for us.
Hasn't played anywhere in the WAFL since playing Reserves at South Rd 19 2023.

It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
