I thought we should get the ball rolling on this very important game, instead of basking in one of the clubs greatest wins at the thunder dome.

This week I am feeling pretty good about getting the chocolates against a disappointing It's Only outfit for 2013.
Stack should make his way back to the league to boost the forward line. Fingers crossed Busher Reamers Boyle all make a return to the league. Houghton must be close to a league birth his voice and closing speed adds a bit of versatility to his inclusion. Hunt has a crack but seem to have trouble hitting the side of a barn which has plagued the bloke for awhile.

The negatives is the kennel factor. Nightmare Rd 2 , 2012 demons up by 50 odd points early in the last with heir hands fairly wrapped tight around it only to lose grip and leak 10 goals in about 20 to 25 minutes. That is roughly 1 goal every 2 minutes. Went home in a state of horror.
Rd 20 let the Its Only kick 6 in the last to cruise to a comfortable win .

Time for redemption boys a lot riding of this one, go get them :woohoo:

Heard a whisper that WC want Mcinnes as a ruck man, I would say that the wHisperer is part of the new policy Leedy that seems to have slip past the drag net. McInnes is best suited to the forward line. Who is the ruck coach at the moment boys, anyone of note or McMahon ?

Without getting ahead of myself as things stand at the moment we should beat SF and Claremont should beat EF. If this happens the Demons go 2 games clear of 6th position on the ladder. That's obviously in a perfect world.

Still a lot to be decided yet. Jacobs, Leyendekkers, Stack, Johnson and possibly Reimers and Ash Smith all available for selection so that could be interesting. Who do you drop as I thing all our inclusions apart from Deaves played well last week. Deaves might get another run at it though to see if he can improve from the week before.

Mitch Banner, Ryan Cook, Sean Tighe and Alex Grima are all very good players and will need to have limited to zero influence on the game.

On a side not, how well is Brett Hodge playing this year. I would have him leading our B&F at this stage of the season.

Being 2 games clear of 6th doesnt keep us in the 4!!!
We want to be 2 games clear of 5th!!!
Bottom line is,if we lose to South and Swans beat West Perth we will not be in the 4 come Saturday night.

Great win last week against a fair side (on paper). Red legs to win by 60 points

Peel's side on paper was pretty ordinary. Holmes had been dropped. Thornton was injured and they had Taberner, Crozier and Sheridan all either playing for or held back by Fremantle. Having said that we were also undermanned so I think it evened out in the end. Possible ins this week could be Stack, Boyle, Busher, Jacobs , Reimers (if fit)and even Johnston and Ash Smith ???

A few possibilities to be dropped would be Deaves, Hug, Ranstead, Hunt and maybe Mather but he would be very unlucky.

We aren't getting cocky. The stupid heading for this thread was started by that clown Before the Bounce. He is someone with an axe to grind with Perth. Astro predicted a 60 point Perth win but I don't think he's a Perth supporter either. I think it will be a close game (most of ours are) and SF will be hard to beat on their home ground, especially if they get Cook and McCarrey back and retain Hams.

Will Kieran Hug hold his spot? Is Tyler Chrimes any chance of getting a League game this year?

I doubt whether Hug will keep his spot. It depends on how many are available to come back in. Chrimes may get an opportunity later in the season but only if we get more injuries or our season turns sour. If that happens they may want to have a look at him at league level.
