Perhaps the PFC needs to step back and look at why this happening and stop appointing people who are not upto it (and there have been one or two from comments in your thread over the years), look at why you are not a destination of choice, having said that you have attracted some very good players it just seems not at the same time or enough, what is it about your zones that doesn't allow for players to be coming through, our population growth would suggest there are kids out there and you have suburbs that part of the regenerative process that occurs over time. PFC and EP are really the only two inner suburbs teams now, yes, we have Ellenbrook on the outskirts, but our main metro suburbs are inner ones. We have a great country pool, what is yours and what happens out there, just ideas and questions.
