A reflection of where we are at is that I am quite content with today's result. A five goal loss to Peel given how depleted our team was is quite respectable. We are lucky it wasn't worse, with PT having 60 + more disposals and 21 more inside 50s.

 I am always reluctant to criticise umpires but these ludicrous decisions have been made all afternoon almost exclusively in Peel’s favour. Or am I just having a bad day?

But not only AFL players but also the "big name players" can do "no wrong".
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!

Our decision making.
Poor skills.
Disgraceful turnovers in the backing cost 3 or 4 goals.
By some experienced players as well.

Our football department surely reviews tapes.
Surely this is part of their teaching responsibilities.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.

For sure. Why were we trying all day to move the ball laterally when the conditions demanded moving it quick and direct???
