Why weren’t you there? There would have been 250 Perth supporters just in the grandstand on the visitors side. Perth were well represented. Probably a bigger crowd for the local ammo GF straight after. Fans were flooding in as we we’re leaving. 

TBH I didn’t take any notice of the crowd any further than the seated area immediately left of the visitors players race but it looked pretty full and plenty of red and black. Whoever is saying 250 has their hand on it. Would have been 250 in that stand alone.

Not sure why people are surprised?
Wafl crowds for the qualifying matches have been in decline for the past 5 or 6 seasons. And from what I hear, the total attendances for the qualifying weeks of this season are down the crapper too. If the 250 figure is to be believed it would have to be the lowest I heard of.

Would have been 1000 there yesterday easy.

At least until quarter time. Perth supporters were entitled to leave after that because the team did.

Just an update on the official crowd at the Perth/Peel game. 1204. It was not just this game where someones estimate was so far out. The papers estimated the Claremont/Eagles to be 2200 but was only 1300. In both cases around 900 out.

Noticed the flog who estimated 250 doubled it to 500 by Monday..
