Maybe he is a thinking coach and not one dimentional for a change.
Hope he has discussed the reasoning to the players.
Nothing worse than being dropped and not knowing why.
Particularly if you don't think you deserve it.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!

Gorilla off the back. A real genuine gutsy effort. Season back on track. Now let’s get Subiaco next on Thursday

Well done to every Perth supporter who travelled up to support. I didn't have the stomach for it. I checked the score at 455pm thinking the game would be over and was spewing to see we had 20 minutes to go whilst 10 points up.

Well done Dees
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

Yep you do question yourself when you travel up to Joondalup, why? Well after last week I thought they deserve my support. Early signs weren’t good Cary slamming one into the goal post from 15 metres out and WP not missing and looking up and about early but when it was just 3.2 WP to 2.5 P at half time I thought this is a scrap just as we wanted it. Third qtr was crucial booting 4 goals to 2 and getting the first goal early in the last then the heavens opened up. Finally the footy gods smiled on us for a change.

Burner is hitting his straps, Taylor big, Busher huge and Mitchell Browne take a bow. Best league game in your career. Fisher huge, Regan Clarke continues to develop. Stubbs big second half. Bozo another solid game just didn’t have kicking boots on today but 2.4 return made him the most productive forward on the day and you can’t ask much more than that.

Congratulations to Brody Gray and Simon Hayward on your league debuts. Tough conditions but cracked in and that’s all we ask.
Get on your bike.

Most proud I have been to be a Perth supporter in many years..backing up last week with such a gutsy effort. Mossy seems to have gone down the no excuses route and we will be a much better club for it...these sort of wins define a club and so much to look forward to with players to return.

It had to happen, well done to Perth, they choked us all over the place. Terrible game to watch but Perth played the game, worked hard and were able to take good strong pack marks. After 19 straight losses to us, it had to happen. Well done Demons. keep well all.

What a remarkable effort with so many injuries.
Yes we are back in the five and we may have well gone a long way towards putting our season back on track.
May have given us the time to get our players back.
It looks as though Grey, Sing and McPartland played their role.
With what I saw McPartland was very good.
Interested to know how Grey looked.

Ugly wins are good wins.
To win up there against our bogey team was a great effort.
Makes up a small bit for the final loss up there last season.
Byrne was terrific and how much a difference having a cool head in the team in Busher.
Now to keep beating the teams we should or expected to beat(with hopefully the odd upset or two along the way) until we get all the troops back on deck!
Next month really crucial.

ps.Could someone teach Austin Davis how to kick!

Not a great spectacle by any means, but sheer grunt got us over the line. Having Byrne building back to his best is important. He and Clarke add some important polish to the midfield. Quite a few players are going to have to drop back to the reserves when our key players return, but they should be commended for their efforts in keeping us well within striking distance. Colledge got some good numbers in the reserves. He should come back in, as well as maybe Nicholas, though I don't know what his injury is. Any player who gets dropped after that would be unlucky. The spirit and energy we have shown the last two weeks has been outstanding, but you can only go so long on effort, still important to get our best players back out there.
