MO, it's a bit rich for a Swans supporter to be making condescending comments about another clubs use of money & accounting practices, given your clubs monumental fail in that department.

Could be DW, my info is not from the last couple of years, I'm a bit out of the loop nowadays only here bits and pieces. In particular Ex Eastern States AFL players don't generally come west without massive coin. Clubs seem to have tightened their belts to survive.

Find some of these figures hard to believe from what I have been told 1k a game is about the going rate for the top few players in the team fair enough figure I would have thought.

Yep a few seasons back and from the east...can't imagine this money is available now at any club
